Shoyu Soy Sauce Mild
This is a mild Shoyu soy sauce from Terrasana made from soybeans, wheat and koji (a unique Japanese mold). Soy sauce is a key ingredient in Japanese cuisine and once you have tried this seasoning once you will love it.
